Storage Towne makes the process of renting a storage unit convenient and easy through the companies website. The managers, Shirley and Christine are available onsite to answer any questions. They are both wonderful! They sell locks in the office so you don’t have to make another stop to buy one. The units and parking lot are always clean. The facility is well lit. I highly recommend Storage Towne.

Christine and Shirley are awesome. I’m an out of town contractor who was brought to Memphis to work pipe freeze claim for the mid Jan freeze event. The facility is incredibly clean and secure. I have four units and am very pleased with pricing, product and customer service.

Exceptional staff, clean units, clean parking lot, they gave us gatorades when we were hot and thirsty, they have icy cold bottles of water available at all times, it's easy to pay, and if you're late they don't try to bleed your bank account dry. All the units have lights in them. Most storage places make you store your things in the dark, which is really hard after sundown.

If you ever decide to do business at this location please refer to Ms. Judy. I loved her professionalism, attentiveness, and the level of compassion that she showed to me and my family at a time when I needed it the most. Storage Towne of America is the way to go!
