Online - Setting up an Online Account Current Customers Setting up an online account is a simple process that allows current customers to access their account information and manage their services online. To begin: Navigate to our website and locate the "Sign Up" or "Register" button. Enter your account details, including your account number, email address, and a password. Once registered, log in using your username and password. Access your user-friendly dashboard to view account details and manage payments. Online - One Time Payment For customers who prefer to make individual payments rather than setting up autopay, our online account management system offers a quick and secure way to make one-time payments. Log into your online account. Navigate to the "Pay Now" section. Enter the payment amount and select a preferred payment method (credit card or ACH). Submit the payment. Receive a confirmation email, and your account balance will be updated accordingly. Any type of return payment will result in a $35 return fee. Online Autopay set up Autopay is a convenient feature that ensures your bills are paid on time without the hassle of manual payments each month. Log into your online account. Here are Storage Towne of America, we want to give our customers the needed information to make the best decision for their belongs. We like to say “Live without the things you want to keep”. You are placing your belongings in storage because you want to keep them, so, so lets look at some information that might help you decide what type of unit is best for your need’s. Let’s start with the basic’s what is climate-controlled and non-climate control units? Climate controlled storage units are located inside management-controlled temperature buildings, where the environment mimics optimum household conditions. The reasoning behind climate control storage is to store your belongings in the same atmosphere as in a home. These buildings also have additional barrier that help against dirt, debris, insects, and rodents. Non-Climate storage units are drive up units, think of your garage, these units are exposed to all outside change. With nothing separating your belongings from elements of the outside except a thin metal wall, temperatures in non-climate-controlled units vary 20 or more degrees. That means anything in the unit is exposed to the outside heat, cold, humidity or moisture as it fluctuates throughout the seasons. Over time, the moisture and temperature fluctuation results in mold and mildew growth and other negative results for many of your stored items. At Storage Towne of America, we realize our customers all have different types of needs and schedules. Therefore, we want to provide the safest, easiest ways for you to get access to your account. As always, you can reach out to the location during business hours for assistance by phone, email or stopping by, but what if you need to make a payment after hours? What if you would like to update your address because you recently moved? Need to print out the last 3 months of receipts? With our online tenant portal, you can do that and so much more. Below you will find a few steps to help you utilize your online account with Storage Towne. Once you have signed into your account you will be at the main Dashboard. From the Dashboard you can view your move-in date, gate code, monthly rate, billing cycle (due date), set up autopay and more. Here is a break down of each of the available buttons. Click on Account Setting. Account Information – Update address, phone number, email. Billing Information – Add/Update Payment Method Contacts – Add/Edit/Remove Contacts (these are the authorized users that we can give information about the account. Security – Change Password and recovery questions. View Rentals Payment Now – make a one-time payment Payment History – Print pdf of past receipts Documents – Print all Documents sent from this system, Lease agreement, Facility Map, Notices, etc. Add Unit - need another unit? You can rent a unit online at the Germantown location and reserve a unit online at the Shelby Drive location.
