Setting up an online account is a simple process that allows current customers to access their account information and manage their services online. To begin:
  1. Navigate to our website and locate the "Sign Up" or "Register" button.
  2. Enter your account details, including your account number, email address, and a password.
  3. Once registered, log in using your username and password.
Access your user-friendly dashboard to view account details and manage payments.

For customers who prefer to make individual payments rather than setting up autopay, our online account management system offers a quick and secure way to make one-time payments.
  1. Log into your online account.
  2. Navigate to the "Pay Now" section.
  3. Enter the payment amount and select a preferred payment method (credit card or ACH).
  4. Submit the payment.
  5. Receive a confirmation email, and your account balance will be updated accordingly.
Any type of return payment will result in a $35 return fee.

Autopay is a convenient feature that ensures your bills are paid on time without the hassle of manual payments each month.

  4. Use the link to set a new password and regain access to your account.
If the self-reset option is unavailable or unsuccessful, you can reset your password by contacting Storage Towne staff.

  2. Provide requested verification details (name, unit number, address, etc.).
  3. Staff will provide a case-sensitive temporary password.
  4. Write down the password, as you will need it both to sign in and to create a new password.
Note: Resetting a password via staff may take longer due to office hours, so this method should be used as a last resort.
